My wife and I recently went to the SoundPoint office in CasaGrande. We worked with Laura our Audiologist. It was a very professional and caring visit. Having a hearing test can be a bit challenging but she helped make things go extremely smoothly for us. We would highly recommend her services to anyone.
Very good customer service and care. We felt very comfortable and treated respectfully. We were given our results in a timely and understandable manner
My mother was referred here for a baseline hearing test. She said that the doctor's were wonderful but the lady at the desk seemed to be annoyed, and wasn't very helpful. We needed the results to be faxed to the referring doctor, which my mother explained to them. After a few days, I called the office and the woman who answered was curt, borderline rude on the phone. My husband and I went into the Casa Grande SoundPoint hearing center and were very happy with the Audiologist. His name is Jim Carlson. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. We would recommend there business to anyone that has hearing issues!
