**HEARING AIDS TRACK USAGE** There’s one issue that I definitely did not like about the process of obtaining hearing aids from the audiologist at SoundPoint. The fact that the audiologist never disclosed that the hearing aids they order track usage in who knows what detail which feels like an invasion of privacy since they never told me and they can pull it up on their computer.
