I had to travel to Tucson from Hereford,Az. That is a whole day spent driving on the Interstate followed by Tucson traffic. Today the trip was worth the drive. The office staff was wonderful and very accommodating. A special shout out to Kim, the manager, who gave me valuable information on repairing and possibly considering newer type aids. The entire staff has been more than helpful and accommodating. My experience is a very positive one. Each and every question I've may have had, they've taken the time, patiently, to respond with complete answers and solutions using sample situations. A big thank you to Naomi Hedrick. Lately, far too many companies don't seem interested in providing follow-up service. They are a great group of very capable professionals always exhibiting five star performance.

I was told that Crystal would return my call regarding the part that she did not return when I brought my hearing aid in to be adjusted. For the last two days my call has not been returned and when I called today she said she was too busy. I tried the Pima Rd location and they evidently saw who was calling and they too are ignoring my call. Just proves that this business is not one I would recommend to anyone and I hope others will read our reviews and seek a better business to rely on.
