No no no no no! Stay away
Borderline Scam! Do your research and good luck if you are wanting a refund, takes forever and does not get handled according to their policies. Very rude personnel as soon as there is an issue and suddenly their phones go to voicemail. I'd say stay away and we wish we had read the reviews before going there.
They are fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of hearing aids or any assistive devices.
Sound Logic has been taking care of my hearing needs for a number of years, and I have enjoyed and appreciated the audiologists at Sound Logic. Dr. Trotter is my current audiologist, and I could not ask for anyone any better. I have a severe hearing loss, and she works hard to take care of whatever issues I may have whether they are with my hearing or with my hearing aids.
