Puru who's the actual audiologist was very hospitable, down to earth, and all along I thought he was the front desk personel as he was covering for her. After all, he did an excellent job 👏 and my son felt very relieved from his ear pain. Great 👍 👌
The staff were highly professional and yet warm, friendly and eager to put patient at ease. The environment was clean and warm. The equipments were modern and top notch. I felt much better during and after the ear wax removal and cleaning process.
The staff at SoundEar Audiology are so helpful and professional. I was treated so well and called back a couple of months later to follow through with my hearing aid purchase and they not only remembered me but also details about my upcoming wedding. Customer service and support have been topnotch. They also got me in quickly for my appointments and paperwork. I highly recommend this clinic.
