Service left alot to be desired I have had a horrible experience with SoundCom electronics. I chose to drive 180 miles round trip to SoundCom (an authorized service center) to drop off my tv. After 2 weeks SoundCom called & informed me they wouldn't service it. Westinghouse finally cleared up their hesitations (apparently they were concerned Westinghouse wouldn't pay them). Then a week later they called &said the part wasn't available, so I called my Westinghouse agent again who looked up the part number for them & an order ... read more
Run Away from this place – I took my home theater unit to be fixed by sound-com and they said they would have an answer for me in two days....here we are a week later and nothing...I have called them twice and they said they were gonna call me back, have yet to hear from them

These people may or may not have fixed my unit (not sure I can blame them for that), but I would NEVER EVER send anyone to them for repairs, b/c these people are absolutely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, THREATENING, FOWL and just outright WRONG!!! I called them to ask for a reprint of an invoice and they refused! Their main tech, manager, and apparently owner (Armand) is a coward who yells at women & that secretary is on a power trip. She actually told me, "Who even told you to come into this shop?! You know what, I'm just going to i... read more
