We have used these guys for a couple of years and while the current care giver they have found for my Mother is great, I do not recommend them to anyone else. It took 4 caregiver to get one who cares for Mom the way she deserves to be taken care of. Two of the previous Caregivers left the Agency because of difficulties working with their employer. Do not depend on these folks. I have had many from them when my care provider got sick. Everyone they sent me talked on their cell phones constantly, did as little possible, and did not do anythIng unless they were told. Do not expect them to clean the kitchen, they won't unless you walk them through it step by step. It wasn't one or two but EVERYONE they sent. If your loved one needs real care run, if they can't do basic housekeeping do you really want them bathing a love one?
