Bought a remote starter for my truck. Was given a great price, two remote starters. The tech was thoughtful and asked me questions to help me out, such as, would I like the timer set and how long, the door lock button, how would I like it set. Set it up so the auto lights shut off so I don't shine into the house. Spent time making sure I understand the correct way to use it. (The way I grew up understanding them, is not the same way.) I will be going back to get one for my wife's car. Thank you for the great service.
By far the best place in greenbay to get a car audio system hooked up. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they're always willing to help. When it comes to my car, I won't bring my business anywhere else!
I wanted a backup cam and Siri/Bluetooth system put in my 2008 Toyota Sequoia. I ordered the stuff online intending to do it myself but quickly realized I was in way over my head! It is so important to support excellent customer service on social media!!! We recently built a new home and had an awesome experience with Joe and the team at Sound World. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We went to a competitor in Appleton and they tried to sell us things we simply didn't need. Same job, Sound World was 1/2 the price (mainly due to unnecessary items). Joe listened to what we wanted and certainly delivered. They fixed my American Acoustics Labs Studio 500 home stereo speakers in near record time and did a great job. The people working there were very helpful on all counts. I couldn't have asked for more. Very happy.
