Purchased a new home and was looking to have Sound World mount a TV on my fireplace. Very poor customer service and absolutely no communication. In the end wouldn’t do the work unless I bought a whole new system from them. They up sell and under deliver.

Sound World has my support…I had a new head unit and remote start installed in my van and they did an amazing job. The installer worked with me every step of the way. The quality of the products and the install are top notch! I have a newer wheelchair van with complex electronics and they delivered on the upgrades!
