Worst treatment in town! I'm not one to write reviews generally, but this merits one. I had my brand new 2008 Audi S4 broken into, so I went to Kyle at sound warehouse. He installed an Ungo security system and all seemed to be OK. There was a few glitches, and he decided to charge me 70 dollars over his estimate to put in the "extra" door locks. Everything you need to "trick out" your car. Sound Wearhouse is right on the corner of State Street. They have everything you'll need for car audio. They do a great job on all of their installs. They're one of the best in the area.
Very Helpful & Professional Service I recently purchased a car system from Sound Warehouse Orem. The store manager, Kyle, helped me and was extremely helpful and professional. I am very pleased with the installation work that was done and the time that was taken to show me how to work all the functions on my new stereo. I would highly recommend Sound Warehouse. They've been in business for years and know what they're talking about.
Great Knowledge Sound Warehouse was very helpful when I bought a new video system for my car. They had a great selection and helped me choose a good model for my needs. I found their staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a video system for your car definitely go see them - you'll be pleased.
I would consider myself somewhat of an audioholic - I have had aftermarket sound systems for my car for years, have a substantial home theater audio system that I self installed, and am just generally and audio aficionado. With that said I have had a lot of experience over the years with sound equipment and retailers and have to say I was VERY disappointed with Sound Warehouse in Orem. Never again. Soundwarehouse is a good shop as far as quality goes.. As far as pricing, they are a rip off. They have no loyalties for returning customers. I've gone there for 3 different system installs, I've also sent a few family members there and yes, they know what they are doing (even if they tend to tack on bs charges). But this last time, I went in for an amp install and possibly a rear speaker swap in my Lexus. I went in here one day to ask about an iPod link for my pioneer deck. The guys acted really annoyed, because apparently they don't deal with pioneer. Of all the different decks I've had they are the best IMO. Anyway the next time I went in to get a 30amp fuse, they charged me the same price that I could've gotten three for from an auto parts store( they were out so I had no choice) not that I'm cheap but you'd think they could just give you one based on their cost and what they charge and stuff. EXCELLENT SERVICE – I GOT GREAT SERVICE from the Sound Warehouse store on State Street in Orem. My car had recently been broken into and I decided it was time for an alarm. The sales guy that helped me was GREAT. We went over all my choices and once I'd decided on the alarm it was installed right then. I'm very happy and now "secure".
