Knowledgeable and honest! I came in to buy a new radio for my 2005 Ford Focus. Not only did they sell me one as minimalist as I requested, but with hands free capability, but they installed it, and set it up. Then they trained me to use it. As I was getting ready to leave, they realized they had overcharged me for it and refunded $50. I am taking my 2007 Ford Focus back today to get a new radio as well. Thank you for your excellent service.

I have had a lot of work done through Soundwarehouse in Ogden, and I will be returning for more. They are straight up, welcoming, professional and legit. I had minor problems with my alarm they installed last year around this time but they fixed it and got me on the road right away. I never wasted any time here. no remote start for me paid for remote start 2 hours later they called me stating I needed to come in and pay 120 more for "extra parts" that were required, I told them I would not be paying any more, and I would me in in five minutes. once I arrived they claimed they had uninstalled it, in 5 minutes. then they wanted 40 bucks for the uninstall. Worst customer service ever! Called down at 10 am on a Saturday and was told to come in for a stereo install at 1pm no appointment needed. Showed up at 1 and was told they couldn't get me in until 3pm because they had other people come in before us!!. When I asked if it would be done today they told me "yah, if we can even get you in" ??!!! Called down and spoke to a "manager" and they had the gall to even ask if I was sure I called the right place to begin with in the morning... Con Artist – Bunch of con artist. Thats what I get for shopping local. Should have bought the products online instead. Would have money left in my pocket instead of a headache. Lie, cheat and steal is the moto they live by. Buyer beware. Take you business to someplace that will offer you a competitive price and stand by the product they sell. These folks most certainly dont.

Overcharged me $10 for an iPod cable Overcharged me $10 for an iPod cable at there Ogden location then would not allow me to return it. I support local business and I have not had the best service here before but figured I would give them the benefit-of-the-doubt. They charged me $50 for a cable. GREAT STORE – Needed a new stereo and speakers and went to Sound Warehouse on Wall Ave. Firstly a great looking store with awesome sound displays. Cassidy helped me and was very knowledgeable about stereos. Got just the thing I wanted and then had it installed right then and there. Very happy with the stereo & speakers. Worth a visit.
