The doctor gave me a wrong prescription...when I went to get my eye glasses elsewhere and I gave them the script they were shocked because I used them three years prior and his prescription was way off so sure enough when they redid it, it was totally wrong. Also beware, because they do a lot of unnecessary extra things and then bill you. I have a high deductible insurance and received a massive bill from them.Also, the girl behind the counter has attitude and zero customer service skills.
I came for a full medical appointment and both the Dr and the optician were very helpful. Emily takes care of you at the front and explains everything you need in detail she makes you feel comfortable and safe. The Dr does very thorough exams and books follow ups to monitor how you are doing with any drops he sends you home with. I will definitely bring all my family and friends here.
