I moved out in October and nearly six months later I still don't have my security deposit back. They do not answer their phones, respond back to e-mails and whenever someone goes to the office nobody is there or there is a sign up on the window saying come back tomorrow. I am not going to stop e-mailing until I have my Security Deposit back.
I moved out in September and I still have yet to receive my deposit and it’s January now. Not sure what’s going on but this is crazy. I’ve been up to the complex 3 times and still get the run around no matter who I speak to.
2000$ a month without any utilities included besides wifi. Cock roaches all over the place no matter how spotless you keep your apartment. Mold literally everywhere. Contacted management about this, they painted over the mold which of course resulted in it growing back, contacted them again and they didn’t fix it within 7 business days.
