Premium price and branding, but the reality of their support is very different. When things go wrong, Bowers and Wilkins feels distant, slow, and extremely reluctant to take clear responsibility. Communication is vague, follow up is poor, and you are left chasing answers instead of being helped. The products can sound very good, but the dismal customer support and questionable QC completely ruin the impression of the brand.
Do not buy Marantz Products. It Broke down after 4 Years, reparation is 550 Bucks and you will not get the defect part back. So they charge you 559Bucks and pretty Sure sell your broken part again too.

DO NOT BUY DENON OR MARANTZ PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE DESIGNED TO STOP WORKING SOON AFTER THE WARRANTY IS OVER! For example, I bought a new Denon AVR-x4500h a little over 3 years ago and it is currently stuck in protection mode and at the shop to see if its worth being repaired or even if it can be!? Like other reviewers have mentioned Sound United isn’t what they used to be and are now just expensive paperweights soon after their warranty expires, which I’ve heard their warranty is terrible in USA anyways!
