Horrible experience! Took my boat to Soumd Solutions to have 6 new speakers swapped out / installed and new sub installed. Was quoted a price, paid upfront and waited almost two months for the sub to be delivered. Kept getting excuses and they tried to give me an inferior sub for the same price but I declined. Finally install day comes and they up charge me an additional $200 because the 6 new speakers holes needed to be slightly bigger even though they were all 6.5”s. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone. They did not finish the job and they do not want to give me my money back. I was financially ripped off, humiliated and abused. I need to tell you the whole story so you know who you are dealing with. My quote was $1,600.00. So I asked for a discount if I could pay all in cash, the total was $1,400.00.
