GOOD DAY. I AM A 76 YR. OLD DISABLED VETERAN. I TOOK MY MOTORCYCLE TO SOUND SOLUTIONS IN GULFPORT MISS, THE Y TOLD ME THEY COULD FIX THE LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR $240 THE FIRST DAY I TOOK IT TO THEM THEY TOLD ME THE CONTROLER THAT MAKES THE LIGHTS CHANGE COLORS AND DO DIFFERENT PATTERNS OF LIGHTS WAS BAD. THEY HAD TO ORDER A NEW ONE SO I GAVE HIM THE CREDIT CARD AND HE CHARGED MY CARD $276.85.??? I COULD'NT LEAVE THE CYCLE THERE BECAUSE ALL THE VEHICLES IN THE SHOP WERE COVER WITH DIRT. Before you use this company check with the Better Business Bureau. I will give zero stars if that was permissible. This company put three different stereos in my car over a six month period including two new systems that would not work in my vehicle. I wasted nearly 2 months waiting for my original system to be repaired, but it would not work in the car. I have just filed a judgment that I won in court. They had my car at least four times over a six month to try to repair or install a system . I paid them $1050 and have a st... read more

Saturday, 1/5/25: I had a highly disappointing experience at Sound Solutions in Gulfport. Initially, I was greeted and helped by two employees who were professional, friendly, and patient. The first employee, a younger guy who seemed new to the job, was incredibly polite and eager to assist. Even when he didn’t know an answer, he would ask his teammates for clarification, showing a genuine willingness to help.
