So I was over at kickback jacks the day after thanksgiving getting hammered because my wife wanted to go Black Friday shopping and I said ya know what I've wanted a sound system in my truck for quite some time. Had my 10 inch kicker with a built in amp installed there and then also got my water resistant speakers and radio for my wrangler, the radio shorted out and they had a new one in my new within the next day! Great place

Terrible customer service! Sold me the wrong piece not once but TWICE! It's not rocket science! Then wanted to argue with me that it was the wrong piece! The guy was too lazy to get off his stool!They REFUSED to give me my money back! BUYERS BEWARE! READ REVIEWS! STAY away!

Purchased and had an Auxiliary cord installed to my factory radio with in a year I've been through 3 including the initial installed one. About a month ago another became shorted and when I took it back they told me since I didn't have my receipt they wouldn't fix it. They never asked before because I'm sure they hve this problem a lot. Was told it must've been a year or longer from when I purchased it because they couldn't find my name in the system.
