My appointment with Dr Thornock never happened! I was the first appointment of the morning and he no showed! Had my teeth cleaned by a nervous assistant, who kept saying oh he’s coming! My time is just as important as his. I finally left. No call apologizing or anything. Character speaks volumes! Never again

as a staff dentist for Nathan Russell, Dr Thornock replaced the wrong crown. Even after I told him & his assist Cynthia they were looking at the wrong tooth, they numbed my mouth & removed it anyway. The new crown doesn't even match colors. They left me in pain for 5 months while I attempted to have the correct crown replace...I finally had to find a new dentist to do an implant due to the severity of pain & decay. Dr. Thornock and his office are professional, friendly, and competent. Excellent dental services and customer services. I recommend them highly.

Friendly staff, thorough and professional practice, excellent results. After a challenging filling replacement, Dr. Thornock sat back and said now that is a beautiful filling. Just what I would hope to hear!

Incredible - After working in dentistry and dental lab sales the bar is really high for me when it comes to quality dentistry. Dr. Thornock sets the standard on Bainbridge island! The morphology of my filling...well, you would NEVER know it is a filling unless you are sitting the doctors chair. It is common to have sensitivity in the area you have had treated and composite fillings..the way they cure..can leave your tooth sensitive...no pain at all - anywhere. Supporting staff is awesome too!

Great. Everyone is personable, professional and treated me like I was the only client. Teresa, front desk and most important staff, was kind, immediately followed up on questions I had, arranged appointments to fit my schedule and helped me with my financial obligation for my treatments. Dr. Thornock is gentle with his words, but to the point. Compassionate with his dental treatments, but tenacious with the procedure at hand. Everyone treats me like a long family friend. Thank you!!
