I recently had a follow up appointment with Mandy Nelson at the Provo office concerning some issues with my oral appliance that I wear for mild sleep apnea. She listens to my problem and then is very proactive in solving the problem. She is going to contact the lab again to have another oral device made. She also assured me that I can do a follow up sleep study to make sure that the oral device is effective in treating my sleep apnea. She said all of this is included in the treatment plan. I had a great experience during my last interaction with Sound Sleep Medical in Provo. The company recently closed their American Fork office and they needed me to fill out some paperwork to compensate me for the inconvenience, they provided me with a free dental pod to clean my oral appliance. They are very outgoing to make sure all your needs are met. I would highly recommend them to all who have sleep apnea needs.

I had been interested in doing a sleep study for some time and I ran into Sound Sleep Medical at a health expo. I took them up on a free sleep study offer and coordinated a pickup of monitoring equipment from their office to take home. Rebecca met with me at the American Fork office one-on-one to review and interpret my results. My test indicated that I didn’t have sleep apnea and so no treatment was necessary. She was thorough, provided me a report of my results, and kindly answered all the follow-up questions I had!
