The initial process was smooth and easy, everyone was great to work with. Since my last scheduled appointment, silence. I’ve had some dental work done and need to get the appliance adjusted to fit a new tooth. I’ve tried dozens of times to call every single number I can find. It either says they’re closed, the line is busy, or I leave a message for someone who doesn’t call me back. Biggest waste of $3500. If there was an avenue to get my money back I’d take it and spend the money on a CPAP.
I would rate it a 1 star for customer care. Purchased device in sept of ‘23 loved that I didn’t need the cpap. Still love it. Received a call a year in for a checkup. Said I needed new bands. Called three more times since that time and filled out a form online asking for help. Machine says not to leave multiple messages and will respond in 24 hours. My first call was November last year… still no follow up. Last call was 5 days ago. Retainer is now broke they are closed today and tomorrow I leave on a trip Tuesday. I have not... read more

Rebecca was very personable and explained everything in detail about the mouth appliance I would be receiving. She was very friendly and answered my many questions. Because she also uses a mouthpiece for sleep apnea, she can relate to many of the issues associated with sleep apnea.
