Sound sleep health and Birgit Weeks (and support staff) continue to do an excellent job as my sleep care provider. I highly recommend them.
Very odd experience,Dr McCoy billed insurance company $550.00 for 30 minute consultation, he didn't even do any thing Then they schedule me to come back 2 weeks later to take some weird little machine home for a sleep study that they pass around from client to client pretty gross then expect you to leave $5,000 deposit out of your own pocket for unit overnight I didn't end up taking it far as I'm concerned they can take their test and shove it up there I really don't think much of the clinic while I was in their office there... read more
I've been working with Dr. Eric Geil and the Sound Sleep staff for well over a year and attest to the level of attention and valuable quality of service provided. In my experience, the staff is very responsive to inquiries and ensures timely patient support - my appreciation to Jeff, Ricky and Ava who consistently follow through. Dr. Geil is deeply knowledgeable, very receptive and an excellent communicator.
Every time I have a zoom meeting the doctor is late.... you don't even have to wear pants for zoom meetings.... I really don't understand making patients wait. I also don't feel like I'm being treated like a person, I'm just a number to them. Not impressed. Unfortunately, this is where my doctor sent me.... she probably gets a kick back. I have recently changed doctors. 😅
