New building is nice but waiting 2 hours once you get there is unacceptable. They could take one less patient per Dr. in the mornings and the poor receptionist wouldn't have to constantly answer the question "Have you forgotten me?" Don't get me wrong, the care is great but they need to work on their scheduling because most elderly people can't wait 2 hours to finally get in to see the Dr. I used to schedule for surgeries and it's not rocket science. Very pleased with Dr. Asano and Dr. Nelson. I had a retinal bleed and they were excellent as far as treating me. I'm so happy that I was referred to them.
My wife is seeing Dr. Asano for her eye condition. The staff is always professional, and courteous. Details are all discussed thoroughly so that we are apart every decision that is made.
I was very well taking care of and emergency treatment was done and they discussed what my diagnosis was and my treatment was done in office and thoroughly Dr Jacob and Lead technician !!!!!
