Don't waste your money. I went to a Sound Relief center nearly a year ago. The staff is pleasant but the product does not work. My tinnitus bothers me mostly at night and after having problems with one of the ear pieces turning off several times at night they replaced both of them. The next pair both turned off at night several times each night. They just replaced them again and I have the same problem. The doctor said they shouldn't do this but they do and it's annoying. Dr. Julie and her team are hearing specialists extraordinaire. I took information about them to my primary care doctor and he refers to them now. My PA and her parents loved the care and quality of service. Julie stays up to date on new technology and gives you lots of time to choose the right aids for you.

Sound Relief is wonderful! I had tinnitus for over a year and sought care from another provider with no change or relief. In the 9 months of treatment at Sound Relief, my tinnitus is much better. I am so pleased with my progress. I have several days in a row with no tinnitus. The care team is top notch, very attentive, professional and kind. As a nurse with over 40 years of experience, I have been very impressed with Dr. Julie and the group of experts that she has working with her. Excellent and awesome in every way!
