They are pretty good at doing what they do. I haven't been there in a long time but last time I had them make inserts for me. They were pretty good. So I recommend them for people that need inserts, meaning splints, or people that need prosthetics done. I don't use prosthetics, but I've heard their prosthetics are pretty good. So I would recommend them.
My mom was sent to this business for a orthotic. The doctor deserves 4 stars. We would say 5, but he allows his staff member Stephanie to delay and interfere with completing the prescribed device. It has been a month since my mom's visit and Stephanie has delayed our orthotic by not listening to us explain that even though insurance will only pay for one leg, my mom will pay for the other leg to have a matching boot. But no, she insists on waiting and delaying rather than just invoice us or let us pay so we can get the devic... read more

I have been coming here for years for all of my orthotic needs and I can tell you that every single person in the staff is fantastic! The ladies at the front counter make you feel welcomed and they let your provider know that you are there in a very Timely manner. Random has been my provider since the day I started coming here and in my humble opinion you cannot ask for a better person. Thank you all for the work you do
