Excellent service and communication.
The Sound Plumbing plumbers were friendly, informative and very tidy. They had to cut a hole in the wall of one our bedrooms, but they did not make a mess at all and we will be able to patch it easily. They explained everything that they were doing and what the issue was. They were excellent and I would recommend them to any one.
I contacted so many plumbers, and out of all of them, Sound Plumbing was the most communicative, thorough, and also happened to have the best price. I’m so happy to have found them and plan to use them more in the future.
We've been using Sound Plumbing for many years and simply wouldn't call anyone else. We have a 140 yr old house and with it comes many problems. Once when we were away on winter vacation, had a pipe break in our Chicago freezing temps and gave Kevin, the owner, a call in a panic.
