If I could give 0 stars I would. I was with Sound Post Control for over 10 years. I had them do rodent services in my crawl space and around the exterior of my home. 5 years after receiving services, in 2021, not a month after I found out I was pregnant with my only child, that my doctor's told me would be hard to convince, and during COVID they suggested the only a crawl space clean out and some repairs to my crawl space. Billing service is questionable. No humans to speak with, bots only. And really no results evident.
I never write negative reviews but I feel fairly disappointed in the level of service received. I paid close to $250 dollars for them to come out for a one time visit and spray for bugs with an emphasis on the spiders located on our back porch. I’m not even sure if they had even sprayed the entire perimeter and if they did, had not put the attention to detail they had noted in their report. The tech rang my door around 8:07am. Matt from Sound Pest Control is absolutely the best! He is professional, reliable, and truly knows his work. He has been serving us for four years. He takes his time to explain everything clearly and answers all questions with patience. I highly recommend this company and if you’re lucky enough to get Matt you won’t be disappointed.
Mr Yoan was very helpful and friendly he explained every question I had. I would definitely recommend him to do this kind of service to everyone I know and will do it again with him.
