The rules are changing. Much more lenient for those who are new. We have been coming to Neskowin Rv Park for years. We are not regulars, but we have paid our dues and followed the rules. The changing attitude with allowing cars parked on the road, tents next to the road and long term parking is demonstrating a poor way of running an RV park.
They called me up and straight up told lies on the phone. Total scam! Save your time and avoid these guys. I don't understand how people like these folks can legally stay in business.
Be careful before you spend any money on a membership. The price will vary significantly between $2000 and $10000 for the same membership. They use pressure sales tactics and make lots of claims that are not true. For example they will offer to resell your membership if you no longer want to use it.
