My favorite practice Steve is my main provider, but when i needed to see someone else it was great. Everyone there is great Never a bad experience. They took great care of me during my 2 pregnancies. Especially with one being high risk. I will always recommend this practice to friends and family.
The office staff is extraordinarily rude. Was trying to set up an appointment for the first time in awhile and the woman who answered the phone was short, snarky and unkind for literally no reason. If you, like me, get anxious about going to the doctor I would go elsewhere.
Was a patient of this group for a long time. While raising my children I had no issues so had regular check ups w/PC. Now in menopause & would like to come back. Someone told me they would chk w/my former Dr because they don't "always" accept my insurance. Didn't hear back, called again was told they don't accept my insurance. I said I would gladly pay out of pocket but was told that is insurance fraud!
I switched practices to Sound OBGYN and acquired Dr. Ackley as my primary OBGYN. I have a rich medical hx with an autoimmune disease diagnosed very young and traumatic experience with my first birth and my second births aftercare. My first visit was due to significant pain I was having and my prior OBGYN not taking my symptoms seriously despite advocating for myself.
