——April 2026 update- this office is simply horrible. This issue is still ongoing. I called my insurance company and they tell me that I shouldn’t be responsible for any of this bill and they paid it. This office is still billing me for things I don’t agree to. AVOID THIS OFFICE AND ESPECIALLY THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!! I scheduled a routine well-visit appointment after my longtime OB-GYN in Guilford retired. I came to this practice hoping to find the same level of professional and compassionate care, but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite. My appointment with Dr. Campol started more than an hour late, and once I was finally seen, the visit felt extremely rushed. I want to start by saying that I have had three full-term pregnancies, all cared for with the utmost respect, compassion, and excellence by this practice. I am always happy to see any provider and I have always felt supported here. However, I felt it was important to specifically write this review based on a separate (and life-changing) experience. I cannot say enough good things about the entire SOUND team. From the front office to the incredible nurses and Doctors who dedicate themselves wholly to their work. I especially want to thank Dr. Ackley for her incredible care of my wife during labor, she was patient and she steered my wife and I through with steady ease. This entire team lives their work, and I would absolutely go nowhere else for an OBGYN.
