If I could give zero stars, I would. This is my experience with this "provider." I had given my health history on the intake forms. Yea, I have had some health issues prior to my arrival at Sound Naturopathic Clinic, but I have been treated by a naturopath in my previous state for years, addressing all of those. The purpose for my visit was to establish care and treatment for my overall health as well as the one chronic condition that needs ongoing follow-ups.
