This place was great! Megan was so friendly.
Lisa is happy to help as long as it fills her daily schedule. Getting meds has always been a pain since day one which is her primary roll. Always an issue with getting the right thing sent to the pharmacy or I’m always having to schedule an appointment because “my meds expired”. Just wanted a doctor that wants the best for their patients and not milk the best paycheck they can get out of them. Thanks but no thanks for me. 0% chance I’d refer.
The counselors here are wonderful, but the billing practices are disappointing. If you’re on a high-deductible plan, expect to be billed around $175 per session until your deductible is met. Other providers in the valley offer sliding-scale rates or are more transparent about costs, so shop around if this isn’t what you want to deal with. Please be more upfront with clients about what they will actually pay. I am very disappointed in this place.
