Nathan showed up early and was already at work when I arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout the inspection and never failed to take the time to clearly answer a question or point out something that I needed to pay attention to. I highly recommend Sound Mind and hope to work with him again in the future.

We had such a great experience with our home inspection. Buying a home is already a highly stressful experience, but our inspection process was a breeze. Nathan was very thorough with our home inspection and made sure to walk through with us after he was done to show us what was problematic or could pose a potential issue in the future. When we got our report he made sure not to leave out any details—that made negotiations with the owners following the inspection so easy. We cannot recommend him enough!
