If anyone is in need of a counselor I could not recommend Traci Poston enough! I was with her for 4 years (I moved away or else I would probably still see her once a week until she retired). She has the best tools and guidance for anything you could need. I was there for a couple different reasons and I can confidently say every time I was going through something she always gave me resources or coping mechanisms to help me through that specific situation. Traci gave me the tools to overcome my past military experiences if you are dealing with any type of mental health issues or trauma please give Traci a chance to help you she provides a safe space to work through whatever you are dealing with and she truly cares for her patients
I highly recommend anyone who needs a counselor to consider using this facility. Traci Poston has been absolutely phenomenal in helping me with my anxiety issues. She is professional and caring. Words cannot express how strongly I recommend her.
