A very good first experience.
The business diagnosed my custom built gaming PC as having a bad motherboard. I was only charged the diagnostics fee. I got a new motherboard from same manufacturer (MSI) and chipset and CPU socket on Amazon, and the computer is up and running again. Excellent value!

I was in a tough spot with my computer and they took great care to solve my issue in the most professional and cost effective way. They have made a customer for life and would recommend them to anyone in need of computer experts!
My Lenovo X1 Nano mainboard died suddenly (both Thunderbolt ports not working/charging) and I didn't do a good job backup my files over the last ~3years. Sound Microsystems informed me of all the items (like Bitlocker recovery key) and options avail before any full data restoration should begin. Sound Microsystems was able to restores my data quickly and my sanity has been restored. Thank you very much!
