I reached out to this office last month and didn't get a chance to post this. But I wanted to say I believe her name was Jestiny who answered the phone was so helpful to me and very patient with me even though Dr. Emily was not accepting any new patients. This office is really lucky to have someone who cares and listens to their patients. I have struggle all my life to find compassionate care from physicians. After 2 years with Dr. Cooper, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to go back to traditional healthcare. I love that I can get a health question answered in a matter of hours in a number of different ways. I love that all of my concerns are taken seriously and the validity of my symptoms is never questioned. I love Sound Medicine and so will you!
