I would like to be able to recommend this practice... But cannot at this time... Very disorganized, uninformed and a testimony to a broken healthcare system...
This medical office is horrible!! Their medical & support staff are unfriendly. Medical team I encountered were not helpful or empathetic to my medical issues. They try to over charge for services & even try to charge for services not received. Lastly, they do not do ANY follow up with patients. They make promises to call back with results &/or to resolve issues, but never happens. Don't waste your time with office. Its nothing but headaches.
If you would like new patients to fill out all necessary "new patient paperwork" before ever requesting a new patient appointment by phone which is the only way, it might behoove you to put that information on you website! Don't asked if the paperwork has been filled as if all new perspective client should know that this needs to be done! Nothing on the website instructs a new client to do so!
