I give them a 2-star simply because in the end of January, I was looking for a dash kit for my radio. I even left them my number. To which they said they would call me when they got the dash kit in and it shouldn't be longer then 2 weeks. I even followed up myself by going in twice to see if they got it in. It says a lot about a place who can't follow up when they assure you they will.
Lack of responsibility from the owner of this so called shop. I came here to get tint done and to buy a amp fuse(I told him I'll install the fuse myself since it's just a fuse). I never told them to replace anything (yet they ignore my instructions, opened my trunk and started moving wires around in my amp). When I come back they tell me that my amp didn't work when I brought it in(obviously it did, if I was only replacing the faulty fuse). Yet I never told them to touch my music system. I purchased a groupon to have my car tinted, I made an appointment with JR and Sammy. They did a fantastic job!! My car was done within the time they quoted me. They went as dark as they could on the tint and my car is ready for summer! I highly recommend calling to see what they can do for you, you won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Sound Masters for ALL of my jeep accessories and would not think of going anywhere else! Mohhamed and his son Sammy have become my friends and i know will take care of anyone that I send their way! Keep up the exceptional work guys!
They tried to do the bait and switch on me. Make me pay cash only for a subpar service. Got out of there as quick as I could.
Got there on short notice. Installation was quick, competent and reasonably priced. Store clean and aesthetically appointed and personnel well informed and helpful. That is all that counts. Highly recommend.
You guys did a wonderful job on my Pontiac g6. Love the tint!
