Horrible customer service. Called to set up an appointment and because I said I will cancel if something changes, the sir refused to schedule my appointment and hung up the phone because he felt we were done talking. He made a very biased judgement and I am very angry that he had done so.. The fact you have to call, and gain no entry to the location after being instructed to wear a mask is a total waste of time. My husband has taken many cars to Sound Investment, today was my turn. Mike and his crew are top notch and very professional. They explained everything to me & took great care of me.
Star 5 Sound Investment did a remote starter on my Subaru Outback that is a 5 speed. They did great work and the people working there are super nice and great to talk too. I will be back for other things I want done on the car and would tell anybody looking for this type of work check them out.
