I went to Sound Impressions to get earplugs and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! My audiologist, Jillian, was very skilled and reassured me every step of the way

Audiologist here told me my hearing is actually great and she didn’t know why I had hearing aids and told me it must be all in my head so I never came back. Now I’ve been diagnosed properly and with degenerative hearing loss due to my eardrum’s scar tissue and weird calcium formation. so thanks to that lady for making me feel like a buffoon or that I was lying about not hearing.

A huge " THANK YOU" to Sound Impressions Hearing Centre and particularly, Audiologist and owner Cassandra Grabowski. To have someone on our health care team like Cassandra is exactly what is needed.
