Audiologist here told me my hearing is actually great and she didn’t know why I had hearing aids and told me it must be all in my head so I never came back. Now I’ve been diagnosed properly and with degenerative hearing loss due to my eardrum’s scar tissue and weird calcium formation. so thanks to that lady for making me feel like a buffoon or that I was lying about not hearing.

The staff will not listen to my husband that he cannot hear properly from his hearing aids. He has given up - all he hears is crackling when in a crowd.
