Got my amp, speakers and custom box here and it’s solid! It’s hard to have loud clear sounds and booming bass in a jeep. Sound image of figured it out and I love it!
I was referred to Sound Image by B&N Auto after I purchased a truck with a bad radio. The costs were supposed to be billed to B&N for a radio repair on an F-150, when they told me I was all set I noticed I’d been given a brand new system! I had waited for a “while” (I was one of the first to arrive and saw several customers come and go in the time I was there) however this was not a problem! I chose to ignore everyone else's bad reviews because I don't judge so I came here. Then this happened, I nicely asked the owner if I could watch them install my car system while I was about to hand him the money and he asked aggressively "why would we!", and me in shock said "you guys don't let your people watch you work on their cars ?" And he yelled and said "you know what dude I'm not gonna work on your car, and threw his business card at me". Excellent customer service
The guys installed a viper alarm for me and even repaired some wiring to my windows when they noticed an issue. Great people. Will be back.
