We used Sound Ideas to set up our new house and they did a fantastic job. All the technology is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing with no visible wires/extra remotes etc. full service from start to finish!
Sound Ideas and their team are top notch! They have done multiple installations, talked me through issues that may come up (even during COVID), and most recently, reached out to Apple support to find a solution to a “grandchild incident” involving my remotes. Highly recommend!!!
⸻ Absolutely Unethical – Avoid at All Costs If you value transparency, functionality, or even the most basic level of customer respect, stay far away from this company. They installed a bloated, overcomplicated home theater system in my mother’s house—replacing a system we already didn’t like because of how convoluted it was. We specifically told them we didn’t want another universal remote mess, but they went ahead and pushed one anyway. Not only was it just as bad—if not worse—than the previous system, it barely worked.
