Sound Ideas and their team are top notch! They have done multiple installations, talked me through issues that may come up (even during COVID), and most recently, reached out to Apple support to find a solution to a “grandchild incident” involving my remotes. Highly recommend!!!

They installed a bloated, overcomplicated home theater system in my mother’s house—replacing a system we already didn’t like because of how convoluted it was. The best Audio/Video place around! I've been working with Tom for many years in my home media room. I recently blew a bulb in my JVC projector. They sent a technician down within two days with a new bulb. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue I need a new projector. Tom found a new 4k JVC for me and ordered it on a Friday.
