The Sound Ideas team provides excellent and professional service and products. We have worked with them for over 25 years and continue to be impressed with their depth of knowledge and support. We have worked with them in a large home and when we downsized to a condo. When our needs changed, Sound Ideas was with us at every step if the way for our audio and viewing needs. They have been responsive to issues that arose, addressing our questions, as appropriately by phone, email, text or in-person visits

Steve and Mike are fantastic. I'm glad we had the chance to work with them for our AV needs. I appreciate that they listen to their customers needs, share their expertise to enhance the project outcome, and most importantly design a system that fits our use and budget. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I had them help me twice, first during a remodel in 2000 and another time when we added 750 sq. ft. to our existing house in 2016. I am an IT guy so I know a lot about what I want done. No matter what I asked Steve and Paul to do, they figured out a way to make it happen within my budget. I had them run a ton of Cat-5E cable back in 2000 and 36 more drops of Cat-6 cable in 2016. These guys are pros and they do an awesome job.
