Generally good. There were some things I felt did not belong in a home inspection report, such as dirty exterior paint, an interior bath mirror where an edge had poor silvering (installed in the house when new).
Jesse completed a pre-listing inspection for me recently. He was professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. He pointed out maintenance items that needed attention that will help me get my house sold.
Sound Home Advisors did an excellent job with our buyers inspection. They offered a great price, were thorough, and explained their findings in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable inspection. Thank you again, so much!
I would absolutely recommend Sound Home Advisers. Jesse was very thorough in his inspection and seemed happy to answer my plentiful first-time-home-buyer questions. He even offered suggestions on what to look for when hiring someone for repairs and info on what reasonable prices would be for them. I also received my report the same day as the inspection! If/when the time comes for me to hire another inspector, I’ll be using Sound Home Advisers again :)
Jesse is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. His reports are clear and easy to read. I highly reccomend him.
