"Old age is not for sissies" was what my mother's needlepoint said. True enough. But - this aging hiker and backpacker is still enjoying the outdoors, thanks in part to Dawn McCormick's work. Dawn's Hellerworks sessions are not about relaxation massage. She works to determine what's needed to help me stay active and avoid injury. I get the bodywork that keeps me going, plus sound advice on exercise and stretches that pay big dividends. Highly recommended.

Dawn helped me to unravel some deeply held patterns that affected my running form as I increased my mileage. Combining a focus on movement with the bodywork made all the difference for me. I always feel like my muscles hold less tension when I leave a session with Dawn.

Dawn works magic. By the time I crawl into her office, my body aches, I can hardly turn my head. I have waited too long and I’m a mess. When I walk out of there I feel like a new person!

I’ve been doing bodywork with Dawn for years. The work she does for me keeps me able to do my job as a juggler and physical comedian. If you rely on your body to make a living, you can trust Dawn to keep it working.
