The place is fine , I don’t think your hearing aids are working properly for me . People say it’s static on phone and I turn them off and they say much better . Not truly happy so sorry, I was just thinking of getting in early to have them checked once again .
Without a doubt Dr. Melanie Croke is the BEST Audiologist I have ever encountered. I would not even think of going elsewhere and I have referred new patients to her. Knowledgeable, smart, easy to talk to and explain issues.
Dr. Hardy was the surgeon who implanted my hearing device and he was so accommodating and patient and was very up-to-date with modern ways of doing this surgery. My recovery was fast and uneventful and I do credit that to Dr Hardy. My audiologist was Dr Lane she is wonderful! She was so good at getting me in last minute to a couple of my appointments and she's been working very hard getting my hearing device right where it's supposed to be.
