My audiologist, Dr. Ludolph, is very easy to work with. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars, is that my hearing seems to be getting worse. I realize this is out of her control, as there's only so much that can be done to assist hearing impaired people. It's simply a frustrating way to live your life. She's helped as much as humanly possible. Easy to talk to, communication is excellent between us.
Absolutely great service. I love my hearing aids.
Dr. Melanie Ludolph is warm and caring. I have been with SHS for over 15 years and highly recommend them.
Top shelf medical care. Nicole, the doctor who cared for my mother in law, was outstanding!
