Dr. DeMorest demonstrated using the tools in the cleaning kit and a pad for wiping the ear piece. Then, she watched while I cleaned my hearing aids and changed the wax filter. Then, I was shown the steps for setting up my iPhone so that it would connect to the TruHearing application. For further help if needed, was given the Signia Customer Line phone number.

Sound Hearing is a very pleasant place to go. Friendly staff, and the audiologist, Dr. Judy DeMorest, is very professional in addressing my hearing issues. I can do so much more with my hearing aids now.
