Dr Judy DeMorest is great!! She takes time to answer all my questions and explains varying my hearing aides so I can hear clearly in all environments!

I was having issues with my hearing aids. 1st stop was tech support, but ended up at Sound Hearing in Richfield. Kerry and Dr DeMorest were able to resolve my issues. So appreciative of their trouble shooting, and quickly resolving my issues.

Kerry is so welcoming. She remembers clients and greets them like friends or family. The doctor is EVER so patient. She took time with us, made sure all our questions were answered, and endeavors to maintain a good relationship with us. We could not be happier with Sound Hearing and their knowledge and care!
