Fabulous service. Very helpful!
Kerry is so welcoming. She remembers clients and greets them like friends or family. The doctor is EVER so patient. She took time with us, made sure all our questions were answered, and endeavors to maintain a good relationship with us. We could not be happier with Sound Hearing and their knowledge and care!
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I got hearing aids a couple of months ago and I wasn’t comfortable changing the filter and dome. Kerry told me to come in and she will go over the procedure with me. She was very reassuring as I went over it with her. I now feel comfortable changing the filter and dome.
I went in without appt and was able to get my hearing aid fixed on site in about 30 min.
