If I could give zero stars to this business, I would. The first appointment we had after the initial assessment appointment, the counselor messages 30 minutes prior and cancels because “she was not feeling good”. She rescheduled with me for the following week at the same time But unfortunately, we couldn’t make it because my child was sick. Don’t bother trying to get help from this organization. They don’t have the resources to help you. Call a crisis line. When I complained to my counselor about being jerked around by this agency, they told me Sound had hired a CEO a few years ago and ever since, it’s been run into the ground. The board needs to address this and be accountable to the state.
