If you are looking for quality work, a professional company, and one who shows up on time & doesn't try to upsale you... This is the company for you! Sound Hardwood Floors did a GREAT job with our new install. We had existing hardwood throughout the rest of the house and were really concerned about trying to match it if possible. We had several other contractors come out and take a look and they all mysteriously disappeared or basically said it wasn't possible. Sound took it on with confidence and gave us an amazing end result that we couldn't be happier with. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Charles did an incredible job installing new hardwood floors in the home we purchased, and even made it work on our tighter timeline. Everything came out beautifully! We also appreciated frequent communication before and during the job, help in discerning the right wood and finish, and honest pricing. I would highly recommend Sound Hardwood Floors for any job.
(12/2025) I recently removed the wall-to-wall carpet in my living room and had it replaced with a hardwood floor (with inlay) by Sound Hardwood Floors, and I highly recommend them. Richard and Charles were great, and it was probably one of the smoothest remodeling projects I've ever had done. Local father-and-son company! We’ve worked with Richard and Charles twice now, and both times they’ve done an amazing job on our hardwood floors. They’re excellent with both repairs and new installations (see photos). Highly recommend them to anyone in need of hardwood flooring work.
