No one at the store, voice mail full and no sign on door. Poor customer service at its best.
Ive been here several times over the years and have never been disappointed. I've sold family jewelry and have always been surprised by how fair the deal was. Some of these bad reviews seem to be coming from desperate people who did not like their offers.... I for sure recommend and have recommended friends and family.
Ben is that dude. Ive been coming here for years, and its always been professional and informative. For those who dont feel they are getting the proper amount, you can literally go online and find a gold value calculator so you know what your metal is worth BEFORE going to ANY buyer. Remember, the person buying the gold isnt going to give you that value, as they need to get paid too. Thats how this works.
