I had an issue with my Sirius FM Plug and Play unit. I stopped by to make an appointment to get it looked at and John came out to my car, figured out the problem within 2 minutes, too his guy what to do, he took it inside and fixed it all within 20 minutes. What excellent customer service. During that time we chatted with him and his lovely wife about vacations we took. Such a friendly and relaxed environment but most of all the service which was excellent.
What a great experience! Recently I had the opportunity to bring my car in for a total sound upgrade. Everyone was terrific...from helping with recommendations, searching for retrofit options to the install. Start to finish Sound Fx is outstanding! They even went above and beyond in finding a solution to an obsolete antenna on my car...customizing a solution that works and looks great. This business is the perfect combination of customization, professionalism and know how! I look forward to working with them again!

Some of the best work ive ever gotten done to my jeep. Ive gotten a ton of things done to my jeep. Some things have been done terribly and some things have been done great. Sound fx did great work. Neat wiring, great sounding speakers, doors dont rattle like crazy anymore. Subs sounds clean now. Very fair prices. Great customer service. Kim didn’t care how many times I called to change my mind or ask questions. Highly recommended.
