By far the best office around.
My experience here is exclusive to Fred Albano, NP. He's great! I'd follow him if he left. I talk breifly with the admin staff at check in and check out. They have been very nice and I've never been treated poorly.
This office does not answer their phone. I've been trying to get through for 3 days in order to get my medical records. Either the phone rings out, or the answer service won't take a message and tells you to call back. I might call a lawyer next. I have a right to my records.
Just received a letter of discharge from this place for repeated no shows, however I explained to them that I was a first responder myself and I could not do Fridays due to the nature of my work. I am an NYPD Detective that has a high stress schedule, I could not miss work due to elections, rioting and low manpower due to Covid 19. They would not work around my schedule and I would often miss work to keep most of the appointments.
