I would not recommend Sound Effects in Brunswick Ohio. Very poor customer service skills! When i asked questions about the product. I was rushed and given very little information.When I further asked questions about the stores policy. I was treated VERY POORLY!! It felt to me that the customer was not valued and the sale alone was only valued!!

I had a wonderful experience at sound effects. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I have the best product with a lifetime warranty. I have a young daughter that will be warm and toasty. I love that my remote start comes with reliability and safety features that assure she will never be in harms way. I can unlock my car from anywhere and have the assurance that my child will be safe. What a great business. I definitely recommend.
