I have ordered 3 sets of Klipsch from Sound Distributors in the last 4 years. They have delivered on price, communication and customer service. I have no complaints. You guys are awesome! Thank you, Eric and Joseph.
Don’t waste your time going to this address. This business is not there and will not return their phone calls. I’m guessing he works out of his house.
Tried to contact them and call and email them from their website. No response after a product I ordered from them from Amazon. Ordered some JBL speakers and product did not come with charging cable or cables at all in order to use the product. I would be careful buying from them. Disappointed.
I was on a hunt for a difficult to find item which was listed on their website. Before placing the order, I called and left a message asking if they actually had it in stock. I was called back within minutes and informed that they indeed had it. The person I spoke with was very nice and polite. I was also explained that I could pick it up directly from their warehouse or get it shipped to my house. I went with the latter. The rep called again to confirm my purchase.
