First time with this location. I thought them to be very professional, well organized and punctual! Parking is right at the door and easy access to the building. The offices were very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
My wife’s last ultrasound wasn’t fully complete because of a fire drill. So they rescheduled for 2:30 on Christmas Eve. They called less then 24 hours to reschedule for 2 and left a voicemail which we never noticed. We were 15 minutes late because we thought we were supposed to be there for 230. We called and the lady said she would take us if we were there if 5 minutes. 7 minutes later we arrived only to be told “sorry, you’re too late” The nerve of the woman who did this to my wife, our two little girls and myself on Chris... read more
The best place where we can attend to pregnant women, the lady at the reception is wonderful, as well as the technician who performs the ultrasound, they make you feel safe, calm and give you exceptional treatment, I definitely recommend this place 1000%, I wish you all came here to have the follow-up of your pregnancies
Had an absolute amazing experience at this location. Super friendly receptionist. She booked me in within a week, explained the parking lot and where to go. Did not wait long whatsoever for my appointment and was not rushed. I waiting area and facility is very clean and modern. Does not give “ hospital vibes” at all! Sue was fantastic!!! Explained everything to me, was very gentle and a pleasure to talk to!! I will definitely be back for any scans that may need to be done and will highly recommend!!
